who doesn’t love a little mid week treat! i am such a strawberry fan, but then again who isn’t right? the perfect combination of sweet and tart is oh so divine. mix it up in to a cake and hello, sign me up! side note- i went gluten free a few weeks ago and this cake is made with millet flour which is a great gluten free alternative.

the simplicity and class in this sweet table was what caught my eye. this bride and groom opted out of the traditional tiered wedding cake and had several smaller cakes. the continuity was clearly the white icing on each cake. the variety came in the design of the frosting. my personal favorite is the rosettes cake, a great hint of texture to this all white ensemble.
